Train to Den Chai Railway Station

Den Chai railway station is served by trains operating on the Bangkok - Chiang Mai Northern Line, and is located 24 km from Phrae.

Our advice coming from Bangkok is to take train 107 that departs at 20.10 and terminates in Den Chai at 06.15, there is only one 2nd class sleeper car, so advance booking is required. Please note that if you decide to travel to Den Chai on the first class sleeper services, you will find no public transport to Phrae.
